How The Loop generated 9.81M impressions and 60K contacts
The Loop turned guest creativity into organic distribution and every opt-in into an audience it could invite back.

The challenge
A highly shareable product still needed an owned audience
The Loop built its brand around a dessert made for social media, but visibility alone did not guarantee a second visit. The team needed a way to turn one-time traffic into identifiable guests they could reach again.
Traditional loyalty programs added friction and depended on guests remembering another card or app. The Loop wanted an experience that matched the energy of the brand and made participation feel like part of the visit.
Guest-powered distribution
Every post looked like the guest, not an ad.
The Loop’s branded frames traveled with photos people already wanted to share. The logo stayed visible, but the customer remained the hero.

The approach
Turn every guest photo into branded distribution
BuzzyBooth invited guests to create playful branded photos inside the store, receive them immediately, and share them with friends. Every share carried The Loop into a new network through content created by a real customer.
Each opt-in also strengthened The Loop’s owned audience. The team could use the captured contact information for targeted email and SMS campaigns, then track sends, opens, and redemptions from one place.
- Create branded guest media.
- Deliver it by text or email.
- Capture an opted-in contact.

The results
Millions of impressions—and a direct line to 60,000 guests
Guest-created content generated more than 27,000 social shares and 9.81 million impressions. At the same time, The Loop collected more than 60,000 permission-based contacts it could use for future promotions.
Instead of choosing between awareness and retention, The Loop used one in-store experience to build both: organic distribution in the moment and an owned marketing audience for the visits that followed.

From the team
“We’ve collected over 60,000 customer contacts and now when we have promotions we can easily reach out to all of them at once.”
